Great but don't go for the robots
Don't go for the robots, they are basically mannequins with a speaker apart from that it's all good

The hotel need clean its air conditioners, and install air purifiers.
The bed is not comfortable. It's not an actual mattress, but rather a thick padding on a hard surface. The air blown from air conditioner unit causes nasal allergies for me. I had to turn it off in order to fall asleep. Beware for those with seasonal allergies. Lastly, the robots at front deck are kind of scary.
Free use of smartphone during the stay. The room is fairly spacious.

Room was tiny. Had three beds and only 2 - -3 inches in between each. Breakfast wasn’t great - sandwiches and a banana everyday.
Staff were friendly. Space was very clean.

Great bang for your buck ! 10000yen/100USD per night in twin room
The hotel is brand new so the rooms and facilities are all very clean. Our twin room had a clothing dryer/refresher machine so it was a nice surprise. We arrived at midnight and there was human staff to help us check-in. Efficient and polite staff. The check out process was a breeze via the machine with the robots. The room has a phone from the 'handy' company that allowed us to make international calls for free. Also, you could take it out the hotel and use it as a GPS/guide. Great hotel location that is within walking distance to Tsukiji market and Ginza shopping area. Great bang for your buck ! 10000yen/100USD per night in twin room

The room layout for a business hotel is really great, convenient ports and charging points, access to Netflix and chrome cast was a pleasant bonus especially for a small child. The sofa bed already set up was a nice touch, and very comfy for a young child as well.

wouldn't stay here again.
The breakfast was not very good and you had to do take away, you couldn't even stay at the bar. The rooms are very small. The hotel is advertised as being fully robotic, but yet only the check in process was. The machine wouldn't take our credit card, so we're weren't even able to be checked in by the robots either. Pretty disappointing.
