Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I make a reservation by telephone / e-mail ?
A. Time making are are from 10: 00-18: 30.
Unfortunately, we do not take reservations via e-mail.

Q. How many rooms can I make a reservation with one reservation?
A. It is possible to reserve up to 4 rooms with one reservation. If you wish to reserve more than one room, please contact our reservation center (050-5894-3771).

Q. I 'd like to confirm the reservation details, how can I do it?
A. For reservation records you booked via our reservation center, you can check with the reservation center. For reservation records you booked via our website, please check your reservation details from “My Page”. Or please confirm from “Reservation Confirmation Email”. In case of reservation from another website, please contact the reserved site.

Q. Can I change or cancel my reservation details by phone / e-mail ?
A. Changes and cancellations by phone are possible only for those who have made reservations at our reservation center. We are afraid we do not accept changes/cancellations of reservations by phone or e-mail. If you have made a reservation via our website, please proceed to your “My Page”.

Q. Until when can we make changes from the official website?
A. It is possible until 23:59 the previous day, but in case of the change in number of people/room you may not be able to change depending on availability.

Q. When will the cancellation fee be charged?
A. As for the cancellation fee, 10% of accommodation fee will be charged if cancelled 14 or less days prior to check-in date. 7 days prior: 20%, 1 day prior: 50%, Check-in day: 80%. If you do not show up on the check-in day, we will charge full 100% amount as cancellation fee.

Accommodation

Q. What time is check-in / check-out? Can you extend it?
A. Check-in 15: 00 ~ / Check-out ~ 10: 00.
An Extended fee will be charged for use after check out time.
From 10:00 to 14:00, 1,500 yen (tax excluded) per hour, after 14: 00, we have 100% accommodation fee only if there is is vacant room on that day.

Q. Is it possible to check in after 24 o'clock?
A. Yes, it's possible., Since the hotel entrance is locked after 24 o'clock, please ring the telephone or the interphone next to the entrance.

Q. I have made a reservation with a short stay, but can we check-in before 18: 00 on the day?
A. No, you can not.

Q. Can I arrive earlier than my scheduled check-in time?
A. If you check-in before 23:59 it is unnecessary to contact us. If it will be after 24 o’clock, please inform the hotel.

Q. Can an adult sleep with children on one bed?
A. One child of age 0-5 years may use existing bedding with one adult free of charge. If the child is over 6 years old, room charges equivalent to adults will be charged. Please note that we do not provide amenities, towels, pillows, etc for children who are sharing a bed with an adult. If necessary, we will separately request 1000 yen (tax excluded).

Q. Is there a crib or bed guard?
A. We are afraid we do not have a crib nor a bed guard.

Q. Do you have to be over 20 years old to accommodate without a parent/guardian?
A. If you are 20 years old, you need a written agreement from parental authority. If you are staying under the age of 15 years, you must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please send the written agreement to the hotel by check-in. If you cannot confirm the written agreement, we may refuse your stay. Please download the written agreement from here.

Q. How long does it take from the nearest station?
A. 2 minutes on foot from the Shinmutomachi station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho line, 6 minutes on foot from the Tsukiji station on the Hibiya line.

Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. We have a car-parking space for three vehicles. We do not accept advance reservations, so you can use it if the space is open.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and/or after check-out?
A. Yes, we will be able to keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out, however the number of luggage we can keep is limited, therefore we may not be able to in some cases.

Q. Can a large bus stop in front of the hotel entrance?
A. Yes.

Q. Is it possible to use the restaurant during the day?
A. During the day. the restaurant is open to the public for communal spaces. (Lunch is not served, but the bar dining is open from 17:00 to 23:00.)

Q. How much is the breakfast fee?
A. Over 12 years old: 1000yen.
    6-12 years old: 700 yen. ]
    0 to 5 years old: free

Building and guest equipment

Q. Can my child sleep on the existing bed?
A. One child of age 0-5 years may use existing bedding with one adult in one bed free of charge.

Q. How many people can fit in each room category?
A. Single Room: 1 Adult, Double Room: Up to 2 Adults, Twin Room: Up to 2 Adults, Deluxe Twin Room: Up to 3 Adults. In addition, one child of age 0-5 years may use existing bedding with one adult in one bed free of charge.

Q. Can I arrange a neighboring room if I reserve multiple rooms?
A. We can accept them as requests, but we cannot make a definite promise depending on the vacancy of the rooms.

Q. Is there a barrier-free room (specially designed for use by by disabled and elderly guests)?
A. Yes. However, the number of people are limited, so please inform us in advance when you make a reservation.

Q. What is the "LG Styler" cleaning machine with all rooms?
A. It's a closet type home cleaning machine.

Q. What is "handy" smartphone with all rooms?
A. It is an indoor amenity that you can use domestically and internationally (6 countries) and the Internet for unlimited free use.

Q. Is the bus / toilet separated?
A. There are together.

Q. Please tell me the size of the bed. (width)
A. Single Room: 140cm, Double Room 160cm, Twin Room 90cm, Deluxe Twin Room 90cm.

Q. How many card keys can we get?
A. One card for each room.

Q. Can I use WIFI?
A. Free WIFI is available in all rooms and in the lobby.

Q. Is there a baby stroller rental?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a stroller.

Q. Is there a non-smoking room?
A. All rooms are non-smoking.

Q. Is there a smoking place?
A. There is a smoking spot on the left side of the hotel entrance.

Q. Do you have an ice machine?
A. It is placed on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Q. Is there a vending machine?
A. Vending machines (vending machines of alcohol, juice, and vending machines of cup coffee) are installed on the first floor.

Q. Is there a coin laundrette in the hotel?
A.  It is on the 1st floor of the hotel.
     
Wash 1 time: 500 yen.
     
Drying for 10 minutes: 100 yen.

Q. How is the cleaning system for guests staying long term?
A. We conduct a full room cleaning every three days. On other days, we empty the trash can and change towels every day.

Q. Can we stay with pets?
A. We are afraid we do not accept the accommodation of animals.

Q. What is the “gown” like, available in every room?
A. The gown is a one-piece type of pajama. It is available in one size (120cm long), and are to be worn inside the rooms only. We are afraid gowns for children are not available.

Service · On-site facilities

Q. Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A. Yes. Please fill out the reservation number and the name of the guests’ representative on the home delivery voucher and deliver it. However, please be advised that we will not be able to receive packages that are cash-on delivery.

Q. Is there room service? Can you deliver a birthday celebration cake, etc.?
A. We are afraid we do not provide room service.

Q. Is there a hotel concierge?
A. No, there is not.

Q. What are the security measures like?
A. We have confirmed 24 hours with a security camera.  Because the hotel is locked at night, non-hotel guests cannot enter. Also, regarding the elevator to the guest room floor, you cannot use it without the card key.
